Third annual Kingston Independent Comic Expo stretches across two venues

Last year’s event was such a success, the third annual expo now stretches across two Uptown Kingston venues. More than 70 exhibitors are expected, along with panels and a zine workshop, making this less a superhero mega-con than a walkable showcase for the region’s DIY comics culture and the artists pushing it forward. The lineup ranges from Hudson Valley cartoonists and illustrators to established names like Greg Pak ( Planet Hulk , Darth Vader ) and Brenden Fletcher ( Batgirl , Black Canary , Gotham Academy ).
