What to expect
Two weeks of prix-fixe menus across more than 100 kitchens from Westchester to Columbia County, run by Hudson Valley Magazine. Tiers run from lunch through a four-course dinner. The fall edition is the better of the two: it lands after leaf-peeper traffic clears and before the holiday rush, so reservations at the harder rooms are actually gettable.
