Figuring It Out EXHIBITION: October 23-November 29, 2026 OPENING RECEPTION: Saturday, October 24, 4-6pm MAIN GALLERY Figuring It Out celebrates the human form in contemporary art, bringing together artists who explore the figure through a wide range of mediums, styles, and perspectives. This juried presentation features works by 29 artists that engage with the body in unique and meaningful ways, from intimate studies to expressive and unconventional interpretations. The exhibition spans approaches and materials, from ZK Truth’s colorful collage, Downhill, to Yale Epstein’s large-scale Up Close, combining pencil, litho crayon, ink, and oil on linen, and Rivka Katvan’s photograph Tattooed Figure. Together, the selected works reveal the breadth of contemporary figurative practice, inviting viewers to consider how artists use the body to explore identity, emotion, movement, and embodied experience.
