About

Green Goat Gardens, operates in New Paltz under a state-issued adult-use cannabis retail license, regulated by the NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). Registered license: OCM-MICR-25-000231. Status is public record via OCM's verification portal at cannabis.ny.gov. The shop offers in-store pickup. New York's regulated product categories cover flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, 10mg-per-serving edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all third-party lab-tested and packaged in tamper-evident child-resistant containers per state rules. Adults 21+ only; a valid government-issued ID is required at entry. New York's licensed retail rolled into the Hudson Valley alongside the region's wine, cider, and farm-distillery economies — and the shops here tend to reflect that sensibility more than New York City's denser urban vibe. Current menu and same-day availability rotate, so a quick phone check before you visit is usually the fastest way to confirm what's in stock. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
