About

Licensed by New York's Office of Cannabis Management, Fishkill Cannabis runs out of Fishkill as part of the state's adult-use retail framework. Active license status (OCM-CAURD-24-000109) can be confirmed any time via the OCM portal at cannabis.ny.gov — worth checking before an in-person visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. Every product on the shelf runs through NY's compliance framework: 10mg-per-serving caps on edibles, third-party lab panels on cannabinoid content, and tamper-evident packaging required by OCM. Purchases are restricted to adults 21+ with valid ID at the door. Hudson Valley cannabis retail tends to move at the region's own pace — slower than Brooklyn or Manhattan, tied more to weekend visitors and the small-town regulars who build relationships with their local shop. Stock rotates quickly, so calling ahead on the same day as your visit is usually the fastest way to confirm what's on the shelf. New customers or anyone new to a specific format can ask the budtenders — start-low-go-slow is still the right default on edibles, and format (flower vs. vape vs. tincture) shapes the onset and duration more than strain name does.
