About

Licensed by New York's Office of Cannabis Management, Cloud 9 Smoke & Gift Shop runs out of Yonkers as part of the state's adult-use retail framework. The license is publicly listed as OCM-RETL-24-000085 — active status is verifiable via the OCM QR-code portal at cannabis.ny.gov before a first visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. New York's regulated product categories cover flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, 10mg-per-serving edibles, concentrates, tinctures, and topicals — all third-party lab-tested and packaged in tamper-evident child-resistant containers per state rules. Adults 21+ only; a valid government-issued ID is required at entry. Hudson Valley cannabis retail tends to move at the region's own pace — slower than Brooklyn or Manhattan, tied more to weekend visitors and the small-town regulars who build relationships with their local shop. Current menu and same-day availability are listed on the shop site; pricing and stock rotate, so a quick check before you head in is usually worth it. New customers or anyone new to a specific format can ask the budtenders — start-low-go-slow is still the right default on edibles, and format (flower vs. vape vs. tincture) shapes the onset and duration more than strain name does.
