About

Star Life Retail Group operates in White Plains under a state-issued adult-use cannabis retail license, regulated by the NY Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). The license is publicly listed as OCM-RETL-24-000159 — active status is verifiable via the OCM QR-code portal at cannabis.ny.gov before a first visit. The shop offers in-store pickup. Every product on the shelf runs through NY's compliance framework: 10mg-per-serving caps on edibles, third-party lab panels on cannabinoid content, and tamper-evident packaging required by OCM. Purchases are restricted to adults 21+ with valid ID at the door. New York's licensed retail rolled into the Hudson Valley alongside the region's wine, cider, and farm-distillery economies — and the shops here tend to reflect that sensibility more than New York City's denser urban vibe. Menu and hours live on the shop's site — stock moves, so checking the same day you plan to visit saves a wasted trip. For first-time visitors or anyone new to a specific product category, the budtenders are there to guide dose + format choices — the "start low, go slow" principle still applies, especially on edibles at 10mg per serving.
